Register for HeroWork's Non-Profit Forum on Charity Infrastructure

FORUM SYNOPSIS

This forum is the second step of our Charity Physical Infrastructure Study.

Our first step was an online survey of non-profit building, which was completed in Dec 2017 and published in the spring of 2018. (Get a copy here.) This second step will dig deeper into the need of charities, connecting their infrastructure to their strategic planning.

This session will explore innovative and vision-orientated solutions to infrastructure challenges. Our goal is to dig deeper into what the current state of charity buildings is, and to collaborate on innovative possibilities, shifting some charity mindsets from “just-getting-the-minimum done,” to “how can our infrastructure best serve us for the longterm?”

From this session, we intend to understand the big vision of the participating charities and how for-purpose designed buildings can support that vision. We will then take the compiled information and work with the Victoria Foundation to develop a strategic infrastructure renewal plan.

Please register so that we can hear your vision about what kind of space would truly expand your organization’s IMPACT.
